Cincinnati, OH — A Cincinnati cop is actually being held accountable this week after a disturbing video showed him shove an elderly man so hard that he smashed his face on a concrete bench and broke his hip.

On Thursday, former Hamilton County sheriff’s deputy Jason Mize was arrested after he was federally indicted on a charge of deprivation of rights under the color of law. The now-former deputy was seen on video attacking 61-year-old Mark Myers, who was only in jail after being falsely accused of a crime.   Continue reading “Cop Arrested for Shoving Innocent Elderly Man into Concrete Wall, Breaking His Face and Hip”

Last month, The Free Thought Project reported that thousands of Google employees were speaking out about the company’s close relationship with the Pentagon, and their involvement in the business of war.

Initially, 3,100 Google employees signed a letter to Google CEO Sundar Pichai, demanding that the company cancel an ongoing contract with the Pentagon that supported a drone program called “Project Maven.” As expected, Google has not backed down, and at least a dozen of the employees who signed the letter are now resigning from the company in protest.   Continue reading “Google Employees Now Quitting As Company Joins Pentagon, Becomes Part of the War Machine”

As the price of lumber reaches an all-time record high, investors better take this as another warning that the market is in a massive bubble.  However, a large percentage of investors today are unable to spot bubbles because everything is in a bubble.  So, to see the price of lumber hit the highest price ever, doesn’t phase the market one bit.  Well, maybe the home builders understand the dangers of rising lumber prices, but the overall market is clueless.

The price of 1,000 board-feet of lumber reached a new high of $629 today, up from $592 last week when I wrote my article, The 3 Stage Housing Bubble Collapse.  The lumber price is not only up a staggering 42% this year, but it’s also up 175% since the beginning of 2016:   Continue reading “RECORD HIGH LUMBER PRICE: Another Warning That The Market Is In A Bubble”

Congress is set to consider a new measure to recognize Israel’s sovereignty over the contested Golan Heights region that separates Israel from Syria, a key piece of territory that has become all the more important since the civil war in Syria brought scores of jihadist fighters, including those backed by Iran, into the region.

Rep. Ron DeSantis (R., Fla.), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, introduced on Thursday a resolution that could lead to an historic recognition by the United States that the contested area fully belongs to Israel, according to a copy of the amendment obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.   Continue reading “Congress to Consider Recognition of Israeli Sovereignty Over Golan Heights”

Ever since the Israeli-Syrian skirmish (falsely reported as an Israeli-Iranian clash in Syria by the mainstream press), questions have been circulating about what this means for Syria, Israel, Iran and the region, even the rest of the world. Was the retaliation by Syria all that was needed to finally make Israel understand that there might be consequences for its actions? Is this the beginning of a wider war between the two? What will be the response of the United States? The response of Russia?   Continue reading “Russia’s Relationship With Israel And The S-300 Controversy”
