Fast-food restaurants are already grappling with rising wages and a smaller pool of workers. Now 11 U.S. states want to restrict chains’ ability to bar employees from jumping to another franchisee across town.

The investigation by states including Massachusetts, California, New York and Illinois, announced Monday, is targeting so-called no-poaching agreements at some of the industry’s largest chains. The states argue that the companies — the list includes Arby’s, Burger KingDunkin’ Donuts and Wendy’s — are depressing workers’ earnings by preventing them from moving to different franchisees of the same chain.   Continue reading “States Want Fast Food Chains to Allow Employee Poaching”

That is my son and I and we are still up against this very corrupt good ole boys county. Feel free to add this:

Judge Casey Blair, 86th District Court of Kaufman County continues the tyranny of this man and his son (who is now in his 20’s). Casey Lee Blair continues to pursue this father like a wild animal, a dad who has paid $68,000 to date in child support which is far more than the 20% of his income for that time period. Judge Casey Blair refuses to calculate to see if this man, Todd Tomasella, has paid his lawful child support amount. Casey Lee Blair is getting a percentage of that money that is supposedly owed by Todd Tomasella and therefore refuses to let it go.   Continue reading “DAs Murdered For Exposing ‘Good Ole Boys’ & Child Kidnapping In Texas?”

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump chose Brett Kavanaugh, a solidly conservative, politically connected judge, for the Supreme Court, setting up a ferocious confirmation battle with Democrats as he seeks to shift the nation’s highest court ever further to the right.

A favorite of the Republican legal establishment in Washington, Kavanaugh, 53, is a former law clerk for retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy. Like Trump’s first nominee last year, Justice Neil Gorsuch, Kavanaugh would be a young addition who could help remake the court for decades to come with rulings that could restrict abortion, expand gun rights and roll back key parts of Obamacare.   Continue reading “Trump replaces high court’s swing vote with conservative”

These days, it’s difficult to gauge how many liberty groups there are or even if they know what small government and the non-aggression principle represent, let alone what makes a “globalist” a globalist.   Continue reading “Globalists Are Telling Us Exactly What Disasters They’re Planning For The Economy”

Reinhard Heydrich, who was the Reichsprotektor of Bohemia and Moravia – formerly Czechoslovakia, until the Nazis decided it wasn’t anymore – was probably the smartest Nazi. He knew how to wheedle his victims into cooperating in their own victimhood.

“His Czechs” – as he styled them –  would be rewarded with extra rations and less brutal working conditions when they submitted obediently  . . . and punished when not. He called it the “carrot and stick” approach. It worked so well that the Brits parachuted a team of SOE operatives behind the lines to assassinate the entirely too-effective ReichsprotecktorContinue reading “Carrot and Stick”
