The justice, who is seen as a conservative, told a meeting of the Federalist Society late on Thursday he was not underplaying the severity of the crisis or criticizing any officials for their response.  Continue reading “U.S. Justice Alito says pandemic has led to ‘unimaginable’ curbs on liberty”

If you vote for tyrants, you get tyranny. This is what millions of Joe Biden supporters are about to discover if their candidate manages to steal the election and seize control of the White House. A prominent member of Biden’s Covid-19 taskforce, a CIA-linked operative named Luciana Borio, says that people who refuse to be vaccinated should be deprived of food stamps and rent assistance. And in order to convince Black Americans to take the vaccines, influencers should be hired to brainwash Blacks with special compliance messages that are scientifically tested in social engineering focus groups. Whitehouse coronavirus advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci thinks that Americans have an independent spirit, but that there are times when it’s in our best interest to follow the rules.

Fauci, speaking on Thursday at Washington National Cathedral with other top health experts on the pandemic, noted that it is a bit unfair to compare the United States’ coronavirus response with other countries. The United States isn’t an island with five million people that can easily be shut down, he notes. So suppressing and controlling the virus is a lot more of a challenge.  Continue reading “Fauci says U.S. has ‘independent spirit,’ but now is the time to ‘do what you’re told’”

3 million Americans starved to death in the 1930s according to the demographer Borisov. There were only 123 million Americans in 1929. They did not have to die. Eight professors from the University of Chicago gave FDR a plan that would have ended the Depression in 90 days. It was basically Dr Irving Fisher’s theory of 100% money.

He would have repealed our Federal Reserve system which allows a privately owned company to issue our currency and to charge us interest for loaning us our money (Federal Reserve Notes) into circulation. Fisher would have replaced our debt based currency with a non-interest bearing currency like President Lincoln’s Greenbacks. Under Lincoln’s system all currency was issued by the Treasury and not by a privately owned Federal Reserve Bank which charges us taxpayers interest on money they created out of thin air. Pfizer is expected to seek federal permission to release its Covid-19 vaccine by the end of November, a move that holds promise for quelling the pandemic but also sets up a tight time frame to make sure consumers understand what it will mean to get the shots.

The vaccine, and likely most others, will require two doses to work, injections that must be given weeks apart, company protocols show. Scientists anticipate that the shots will cause enervating flu-like side effects — including sore arms, muscle aches and fever — that could last days and temporarily sideline some people from work or school. And even if a vaccine proves 90 percent effective, the rate Pfizer touted for its product, 1 in 10 recipients would still be vulnerable. That means, at least in the short term, as population-level immunity grows, people can’t stop social distancing and throw away their masks. The College Fix – by Christian Schneider

Guilford College President Carol Moore has offered a plan that would cut majors in areas such as chemistry, physics, political science and economics, while retaining majors in social sciences like gender and sexuality studies and African and African American Studies, according to a statement released by the school last Friday.

The plan, which has been submitted to the school’s board of trustees, will include 15 tenured professors being let go from the school, as well as five other faculty members. Moore said the cuts are necessary to close a $7 million budget gap, but it has led to a backlash by students and alumni.
