After months of contentious wrangling between attorneys for the state and the defense, the trial of the Loganville dairy farmer for four criminal misdemeanor violations of the Wisconsin food and dairy code begins today at the Sauk County courthouse in Baraboo with the selection of the jury. Circuit Court Judge Guy Reynolds has summoned one hundred thirty potential jurors for the selection process, an incredible number for just a single trial. The charges are related to Hershberger leasing cows to a private buyers club and providing raw dairy and other nutrient-dense foods to the club members. I confronted one of these fellows last year and told him to come to the street in front of my house and I would whip his ass. He reported me to the Tennessee Fusion Center, which forwarded the complaint to the Oregon Fusion Center. I received an email saying that the complaint had been dismissed because it lacked validity and the investigator advised me against inviting people to my house to fight. The vehicle’s licence plate corresponds to that of the Israeli military with a black background and the letter Tsade (צ) (see image below)

Authorities last week made an agreement not to prosecute a Northwest D.C. man who used his unregistered handgun to kill a pit bull in order to stop it from mauling a child in his neighborhood.
As part of the agreement, Benjamin Srigley, 39, was required to pay a $1,000 fine but will not have criminal charges filed against him for the three unregistered firearms and the ammunition that investigators found in his possession, said Ted Gest, a spokesman for the office of the attorney general.
