Activist Adam Kokesh and his followers intend to march across the Memorial Bridge with loaded guns slung over their shoulders. Once in Washington, they want to walk around the Capitol, the Supreme Court, and the White House, then return to Virginia across the Memorial Bridge. Bakersfield, CA. resident, David Silva, was executed for being drunk in his own home. He was executed by the Kern County Sheriff’s Department. What happened to Silva was clearly an abuse of power but is representative of what the federal government has in store for all of America in which the people are the enemy of law enforcement and will treated accordingly.

In a controversial move that some believe will essentially lead to a de facto ban on semi-automatic handguns, Attorney General Kamala Harris announced that, effective immediately, all new semi-automatic firearms sold in the State of California will require a unique microstamp on every shell ejected when a gun is fired.
Microstamping, or ballistic imprinting, is a technology patented in the 1990′s by engineer and NRA member Todd Lizotte. When a gun is fired, a tiny engraving on the firing pin etches a microscopic identifier onto the cartridge as it is expended by the firearm. While many reviews of the new Star Trek film seem to miss the obvious, there is no doubt that key elements of the plot are a commentary on modern politics and specifically the war on terror. The creators of the movie announced this to be their intention in 2009 telling the LA Times that the sequel, ”needs to do what [Star Trek creator] Roddenberry did so well, which is allegory. Two men have been arrested in the killing of a teenage boy over an iPad in Las Vegas, police said Sunday.

Two FBI agents with the agency’s hostage rescue team have died in a training accident off the coast of Virginia, the FBI said Sunday.

Yahoo’s board of directors has approved a deal to buy the popular blogging platform Tumblr, the Wall Street Journal reports.
According to the WSJ, it will pay $1.1 billion in cash for the site. The potential purchase was originally reported by the technology blog AllThingsD on Thursday,which also cited the same cash figure. AllThingsD also confirmed the board’s approval on Sunday. The DREAM Act (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors) was first introduced by Senators Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Dick Durbin (D-IL) in August 2001. The original bill would apply only to illegals who entered the US when they were minors and have lived here for a minimum of 5 years and have graduated from high school. If these young illegals completed 2 years of college (or college equivalent program) or 2 years of active military service, they would be granted temporary residency in the US for a period of 6 years. If they fulfilled all of the requirements and have remained free of any criminal activity, they could then be eligible to apply for permanent residency. The Police State – From day one the Income Tax was created to be used as a political class warfare weapon against the “evil” rich (the job creators). The tax would steal their money and re-distribute that wealth to buy the votes of those not paying the tax.
The ever growing tax code was and is used to reward or punish the friends and enemies of both the Democrats and the Republicans.
