Emergency response crews are on the scene of an Amtrak train derailment in Havre, Montana, which has left several passengers temporarily stranded.
Images from the scene, which were shared to social media, show train cars tipped over and dozens of people surrounding the aftermath. The derailment occurred on the Empire Builder line, which runs between Seattle and Chicago with a stop in Spokane. The first picture is what’s left of the driveway area after three days of cutting future firewood, and dragging off the branches.
All the grass you see was covered. There was no driving out.

The Bootleg fire is currently at 408,930 acres with 46% containment.
Yesterday, we took a ride through about twenty miles of the western edge of the already burned part of the fire. Here are a few pictures we took along the way. This is just a teeny tiny portion of the fire and it is still getting bigger.
