Emergency response crews are on the scene of an Amtrak train derailment in Havre, Montana, which has left several passengers temporarily stranded.

Images from the scene, which were shared to social media, show train cars tipped over and dozens of people surrounding the aftermath. The final US troops withdrew from Afghanistan on Monday leaving behind a stockpile of expensive military equipment that has been quickly claimed by a triumphant Taliban.

Update: The property management company said oaks is hosting them for a mass religious/prayer gathering. Anything “in the name of religion” makes me skeptical, as we know the guise of religion has been used in very perverted ways.

Yesterday, we took a ride through about twenty miles of the western edge of the already burned part of the fire.  Here are a few pictures we took along the way.  This is just a teeny tiny portion of the fire and it is still getting bigger.
