BURNS, Ore. — Three of the four holdouts at the Malheur refuge have surrendered without incident to the police.
David Fry was holding out. As of shortly before 10 a.m., he was telling live to Gavin Seim, a blogger, that he never agreed to come out like the other three. Watch as a sick and twisted cop by the name of Robert Whitman repeatedly tases, abuses, tortures and kicks a pregnant woman’s husband who is being placed under arrest.
The sad thing is that officers like these are so weak, likely suffering from little man syndrome, they have to show others who’s boss in order to feel good about themselves.

The prosecutor’s office in Berrien County, Michigan, has released a highly dramatic dashcam video from a police cruiser that hit a female pedestrian crossing the street. The police car was speeding, and had neither lights nor siren activated, witnesses said.
“I need an emergency unit to my location. I think I hit a person,” Benton Township patrol officer Eugene Anderson informs radio dispatchers on the video just moments after the sound of smashing glass and a loud bang is heard as his police cruiser hits a woman. UPDATE 10 p.m.: The live stream that broadcast online what appears to be the last stage of the refuge occupation stopped after more than five hours. The phone feed ended as the occupiers headed to their night camp, preparing to surrender Thursday morning. They said they have a promise that the encircling FBI agents would leave them alone overnight.

Houston, TX — It was recently revealed in court documents that a former police officer who shot a woman in the head during a road rage incident has a history marred with violence and anger issues.
Kenneth Caplan, a reserve deputy constable with Harris County Precinct 6, was charged last year with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after shooting a woman in the head during a fit of road rage. An animated film designed as a lesson in “racial discourse” for students at a Virginia high school has led to backlash from community members who’ve taken issue with not-so subtle references to so-called white privilege throughout the video.
“They are sitting there watching a video that is dividing them up from a racial standpoint.
