An immigration compromise deal rolled out by House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) would give amnesty to a foreign population that is nearly three times the size of President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

The “Border Security and Immigration Reform Act,” a copy of which Breitbart News has obtained, would go beyond giving amnesty to the nearly 800,000 illegal aliens who are enrolled in DACA. An amnesty for just DACA-enrolled illegal aliens would be enforceable and manageable, as those nationals are already in the federal immigration system.

The makeup of the Earth beneath the Interstate 95 corridor could prove especially problematic in the event of a major solar storm, the U.S. Geological Survey said in a new report.

According to Bloomberg, the soon-to-be-released report found a 300-million-year-old rock beneath the surface of the Eastern Seaboard could amplify the next big solar storm all the way from Washington D.C. to Maine. The makeup of this rock wouldn’t allow the solar energy to go through it and would instead ricochet it back up to the surface, doubling the impacts in this region, the report also said.   Continue reading “Rocks Beneath Eastern Seaboard Could Cause Major Problems During a Solar Storm, USGS Study Finds”

Much has been written about the unchecked influx of migrants into Europe recently. As the EU promotes the warm, fuzzy, “inclusive” policies that are overwhelming countries with immigrants, some of those countries are bluntly starting to say, “no more.” At the same time, other countries seem to be quietly preparing for…something… without being quite so forthcoming about the event for which they are readying themselves.

Millions of refugees and asylum seekers, primarily from Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Somalia are flowing into Europe, largely unchecked. This is because of a welcoming “open door” policy promoted by German Chancellor Angela Merkel back in 2015. Despite the backlash from Europeans, Merkel says she has “no regrets.”  Continue reading “These European Countries Are Refusing to Accept the Unchecked Influx of Migrants”

Minneapolis police officers have repeatedly requested over the past three years that Hennepin County medical responders sedate people using the powerful tranquilizer ketamine, at times over the protests of those being drugged, and in some cases when no apparent crime was committed, a city report shows.

On multiple occasions, in the presence of police, Hennepin Healthcare EMS workers injected suspects of crimes and others who already appeared to be restrained, according to the report, and the ketamine caused heart or breathing failure, requiring them to be medically revived. Several people given ketamine had to be intubated.  Continue reading “At urging of Minneapolis police, Hennepin EMS workers subdued dozens with a powerful sedative”

In the old days, it was enough for an entrepreneur to be the owner of a corner store, plying their trade: butcher, baker, candlestick maker. If they brought competence to their trade, and sometimes a bit of innovation as required, they would have a good life. There was no pressure to grow, to branch out, to a franchise, to merge, to acquire. Sure there were rich industrialists at that time in history, but the ability to amass power through massive corporate growth was still in its infancy.   Continue reading “Strange Illuminati & Masonic Symbolism Found In Several Powerful Corporate Logos”

Yesterday the New York State Assembly approved a bill authorizing “extreme risk protection orders” forbidding firearm possession by people who allegedly pose a threat to themselves or others. A11148, which Gov. Andrew Cuomo is pushing, is similar to laws enacted in recent years by CaliforniaWashington, and Florida, and it poses similar due process issues.

It is tempting to think that would-be murderers can be identified before they act on their homicidal impulses, in which case taking away their guns or stopping them from buying guns could save lives without impairing the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Americans.
