The Organic Prepper – by J.G. Martinez D.

Having overcome a few personal incidents that rocked the boat these last few weeks, I want to write now about one of the most important experiences regarding the psychological aspect of prepping. Looking back as a Venezuelan prepper, there are things I would have done differently if I had fully known what was coming our way.

Enduring what we have gone through, even after having a proper approach to prepping, sort of conventional in a sense: gensets, water tanks, storage capacity, dry supplies for a few months, and other stuff, all of these are into the field of the conventional and regular prepping.  Continue reading “A Venezuelan Prepper Looks Back: “Things I Would Have Done Differently If I Knew What Was Coming””

Well, in case you were wondering if Sacha Baron Cohen’s still got it, the comedian’s new Trump-skewering Showtime series, which appears to be titled Who Is America?just dropped a new promo in which his (still as-yet unseen) journalist character asks former vice-president Dick Cheney to sign a waterboarding kit, which Cheney does with a smile.

Now why, in this year of our Lord, in this time in American politics, after more than two decades of faux political comedy shows humiliating their interviewees, would Dick Cheney agree to jokingly sign a waterboard kit in front of a television camera?  Continue reading “Dick Cheney Signs a Waterboarding Kit in a New Promo for Sacha Baron Cohen’s Showtime Show”

An illegal immigrant from Guatemala avoided jail after being convicted of negligent driving for hitting and killing an FBI agent and a fire marshal standing on the side of a highway.

Roberto Garza Palacios, 28, who overstayed his visa, was instead ordered to pay a $280 fine for killing Deputy Chief State Fire Marshal Sander Cohen and FBI Special Agent Carlos Wolff in December, the Washington Post reported.   Continue reading “Illegal immigrant kills FBI agent and fire marshal, gets only $280 fine, not required to show up in court”

I know it hurts, but the reality is painfully obvious: the USA is now a 3rd World nation.

Dividing the Earth’s nations into 1st, 2nd and 3rd world has fallen out of favor; apparently it offended sensibilities. It has been replaced by the politically correct developed and developing nations, a terminology which suggests all developing nations are on the pathway to developed-nation status.   Continue reading “The USA Is Now a 3rd World Nation”

Tehran is threatening to block the Strait of Hormuz, a crucial artery for oil shipments from the Middle East, if Iranian exports are hampered. This will result in a huge loss of global crude supply and soaring prices.

Most of the crude exported from Saudi Arabia, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Iraq passes through the Strait of Hormuz. It is also the route for nearly all the liquefied natural gas (LNG) shipments from the world’s largest exporter, Qatar.  Continue reading “Get ready for $250 oil if Iran blocks key shipment route in Middle East, analysts tell RT”

A video showing an El Paso policeman aiming his weapon at a group of young children while he was responding to a disturbance has gone viral, angering locals and people online over the cop’s actions.

The footage, filmed by an eyewitness, shows the moment the unidentified law enforcement officer pointed his gun at local youths and ordered them to “back up” as he tried to detain a teenager. The death of Dawn Sturgess from what police say was exposure to Novichok has sparked a new fit of Russia-blaming, as an MP, high-profile commentators and mainstream journalists pointed the finger at Moscow.

As British police launched a murder investigation into the poisoning and death of Dawn Sturgess, 44, in Amesbury, various self-styled chemical weapons experts on Twitter have cried for Russia’s blood, squarely blaming Moscow for the incident yet in the early stages of the investigation.   Continue reading “British MP, establishment journalists rush for Putin’s blood after Amesbury chemical death”

SAN DIEGO (AP) — The American Civil Liberties Union said it appears the Trump administration will miss a court-ordered deadline to reunite young children who were separated at the border with their parents in more than half of the cases.

The ACLU said late Sunday the administration provided it with a list of 102 children under 5 years old and that “appears likely that less than half will be reunited” by Tuesday’s deadline. The Justice Department asked U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw for more time last week but the judge on Friday did not grant a blanket extension, saying only that he would consider certain exceptions. He told the two sides to discuss possible exceptions and report to him Monday. The Justice Department was working through the weekend on a path toward unification and was preparing a progress report for the court.   Continue reading “ACLU: Less than half of child reunions will meet deadline”

Tony Farrell was the chief intelligence adviser to the South Yorkshire police. One of his duties was to write reports on terrorist threats to the British people. He investigated the 7-7-2005 London bombings and the 9-11-2001 attacks on the Pentagon and the World Trade Center Towers. His conclusion was that the greatest terrorist threat to the people of Great Britain and America was their government.

Mr Farrell’s boss was the Chief Constable of the South Yorkshire Police, Merdydd John Hughes. Mr Hughes fired Tony Farrell rather than investigate the truth of his allegations.  Continue reading “My Government Is The Greatest Terrorist Threat In The World.”

The Trump administration halted billions of dollars in payments to health insurers after the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the agency that administers programs under Obamacare, announced on Saturday it was freezing payments to insurers that cover sicker patients, saying a federal court ruling ties its hands. The move brought a sharp response from health insurers warning of market disruptions and even higher costs.

The payments are intended to help stabilize health insurance markets by compensating insurers that had sicker, more expensive enrollees in 2017. The government collects the money from health insurers with relatively healthy enrollees, who cost less to insure.

On the grassy median of Park Avenue, overlooked by the homes of some of the richest people in the world, a bronze plaque is entombed in concrete to insure that we never forget one of the heroes of America’s revolutionary war.

It’s not a general, or even a foot soldier, but instead the plague honors a prostitute who somehow delayed British officers long enough to allow George Washington and his troops to escape from New York.   Continue reading “Hate Speech”

Facebook co-founder Chris Hughes thinks the government should give cash handouts to people with the lowest incomes in order to fight income inequality. And he thinks the money should come from higher taxes on wealthy individuals and even big tech companies, like Facebook.

Hughes, 34, was one of Facebook’s co-founders, along with Mark Zuckerberg and three of their Harvard classmates, in 2004. He was Facebook’s spokesperson for the company’s first three years, before leaving to finish his Harvard degree and then to work on Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign as a media strategist.   Continue reading “Facebook co-founder: Tax the rich at 50% to give $500-a-month free cash and fix income inequality”

While the United States is typically set apart from other countries when it comes to gun laws, a recent conference with the United Nations has raised major red flags, as the U.S. agreed to enact “full implementation” of an international agreement on gun control that will violate Americans’ constitutional rights by adding their personal information to a global database.

The Third Review Conference (RevCon) of the United Nations’ Program of Action (PoA) on Small Arms and Light Weapons was held in New York last week with a 2018 agreement, which states that its purpose is to serve as “a renewed commitment to prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its aspects.”   Continue reading “Media Silent As US Agrees To ‘Full Implementation’ of United Nations Gun Control Pact”

A sea change is occurring in Europe — and the continent may never be the same again. Whereas just some years ago immigrationism would not be questioned, the ice is now beyond broken: European nations are increasingly rebelling against globalist, culture-rending European Union migration policies. The latest example is a Polish official who, responding to an attempt at politically correct shaming, unabashedly told a British television host, “We will not receive even one Muslim, because this is what we promised…. This is why our government was elected, this is why Poland is so safe, this is why we have not had even one terror attack.”   Continue reading “Polish Official: “We Will Not Receive Even One Muslim” in Poland”
