A suspected gunman believed to have killed five people at a Washington state mall was arrested Saturday, according to authorities.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police released the body cam and dash cam videos showing the shooting of Keith Lamont Scott, an African-American man who was killed earlier this week by a black police officer.

The FBI released nearly 200 more pages of documents late today from its investigation into Hillary Clinton‘s use of a private email server, offering further insight into how FBI officials decided that charges were not warranted for the former secretary of state and her aides.
FBI Director James Comey has said repeatedly that while his agency’s investigation found no evidence to indicate Clinton knew classified information was being sent over her home server, the FBI did conclude that Clinton was “extremely careless” in the handling of classified information. Two former Wells Fargo & Co (WFC.N) employees have filed a class action in California seeking $2.6 billion or more for workers who tried to meet aggressive sales quotas without engaging in fraud and were later demoted, forced to resign or fired.

A US Senate Committee receiving a briefing from United States Marine Corps General Joseph Dunford, the current Chairman of the Joint CHiefs of Staff, asked if the US should impose a “No-Fly ZOne” in Syria, “to prevent barrel bombs from being dropped.” General Dunford responded “That would require going to war . . . . with Russia . . . . and Syria.”

A gunman who was last seen armed with a rifle remained at large Saturday morning after four women and a man were fatally shot Friday night at a shopping mall about 65 miles north of Seattle,Washington State Patrol said.

SALEM — The Satanic Temple, a nationally recognized political and religious organization, is moving its international headquarters to Bridge Street and opening Friday, Sept. 23.
The organization is taking up shop at 64 Bridge St., a former funeral home and Victorian mansion around the corner from Carlton Elementary School. It comes paired with Salem Art Gallery, an exhibit hall aimed at educating guests about topics including the “Satanic Panic” that began in the 1980s and has followed Satanists ever since, said organization spokesman Lucien Greaves. Particularly when it comes to specific occurrences used to gin up support for greater Western intervention in Syria, these outlets kick it up a notch, launching flurries of disinformation and misinformation designed to leave imprints of false narratives in the minds of half attentive audiences. Incidents such as the Ghouta chemical weapons attack, little Omran, and, now the alleged attack on a U.N. convoy are now parts of a larger narrative. No matter how much they are debunked, confusion and distortion leave behind traces of the narrative embedded in the mind of the consumer. President Barack Obama on Friday vetoed legislation allowing families of victims of the Sept. 11 attacks to sue Saudi Arabia, which could prompt Congress to overturn his decision with a rare veto override, the first of his presidency.

The Obama administration’s efforts to stem the flow of Central American migrants illegally crossing into the United States have largely failed two years after a border crisis prompted President Obama to order an emergency response.
The number of families and unaccompanied minors arriving in 2016 is on pace to exceed the total in 2014, when U.S. Border Patrol stations were overwhelmed along the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.
