After announcing last month that it would be sending 1,000 additional troops to the Middle East, the Pentagon revealed late Wednesday that 500 of those troops would be heading to the Prince Sultan Air Base, situated in the desert east of Riyadh. Orange County, CA — The war on homelessness has reached unprecedented heights this week as officials in California announced that they will begin arresting people in certain ares for the sole factor of being homeless. The announcement comes after a series of lawsuits were settled to get a handle on Orange County’s homeless problem.

For the mere act of being homeless in the wrong part of town, cops can now arrest people. Daily fines against Chelsea Manning for resisting a grand jury investigating WikiLeaks increased to $1000 on July 16.

On May 16, Judge Anthony Trenga held Manning in civil contempt and ordered her to be sent back to the William G. Truesdale Adult Detention Center in Alexandria. CENTRALIA, Wash. – Several people were voluntarily shocked with a Taser by a police officer during a charity softball tournament in Centralia on July 2. The department is now receiving complaints questioning whether the demonstration was appropriate.

The Guns N’ Hoses fundraiser at Borst Park is a gathering of police, fire and military personnel. After the softball game, members of the military asked to be shocked with a Taser gun, according to Centralia police. Twelve Israelis, some under 18, were arrested in Cyprus on suspicion that they raped a 19-year-old British tourist at a hotel in the resort town Ayia Napa, local media outlets reported Wednesday.

Just days after President Donald Trump declared that he was never friends with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, footage has emerged of the two at a private party back in 1992.
