Feckless boasts of military might and icy vows to annihilate one another might not necessarily prove war between the U.S., North Korea, and their allies is nigh, but the monumental increase in stocks of weapons and defense manufacturers — the economic fingerprints a preparation for a colossal military endeavor — just might.

“North Korea best not make any more threats to the United States,” President Trump railed yesterday. “They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen.”   Continue reading “Coincidence? Military Industrial Complex Hit Highest Stock Prices Ever as Govt Hypes N. Korea War”

Anti-War – by Jason Ditz

Continuing months of war rhetoric, Defense Secretary James Mattis today warned North Korea risks a course of action that “would lead to the end of its regime and the destruction of its people.” He insisted North Korea needs to immediately “stand down.”

This comes in the context of President Trump yesterday threatening “fire and fury unlike the world has ever seen” against North Korea for its behavior. Trump followed that up today insisting America’s nuclear weapons are better than ever, and that they are the “most powerful nation in the world” and always will be no matter what.   Continue reading “Mattis Threatens End of North Korea, ‘Destruction Of Its People’”

BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:45 P.M.) – Israeli combat drones and F-16 fighters took to the dark skies over northern Gaza last night, bombing several targets.

The IDF released a statement after the raids claiming that they had struck two Hamas targets in response to a rocket which landed in the Hof Ashkelon region of Israel although no damage was done and no one was injured.   Continue reading “Israeli warplanes bomb Palestinians”

Usually foreign analysts of the American political scene are either sycophantic or just annoying, but no one would dare say that about Aussie observer Caitlin Johnstone, whose punk rock style of cutting to the chase is as refreshing as it can be shocking (I am not a fan of the strong language, but I get it). Since President Trump’s “fire and fury” explosion yesterday Americans have to an unsettling degree once again rallied ’round the (false) flag of war propaganda. Today Ms. Johnstone provided a much-needed slap in the face to the mind-numbed masses once again clamoring for US bombs on a country they could not find on a map if their lives depended on it.  Continue reading “Only Morons Believe What the US Government Says About North Korea”

The nuclear standoff between the United States and North Korea has intensified to a level that can lead nowhere good. It’s time to talk about how to prepare for a nuclear attack.

First, here’s some of the recent chatter.

Last weekend, incendiary words between the two countries leave little doubt in anyone’s mind that a nuclear attack is likely to happen. The international smack-talk is leading somewhere.  Continue reading “Here’s How to Prepare for a Nuclear Attack”

FOR ONCE, Donald Trump has a point. “We can’t let a madman with nuclear weapons let on the loose like that,” he told Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte, according to the transcript from their bizarre phone conversation that was leaked to The Intercept in May.

The madman the U.S. president was referring to, of course, was North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. The madman the rest of us should be worried about, however, is Trump himself, who — lest we forget — has the sole, exclusive and unrestricted power to launch almost 1,000 nuclear warheads in a matter of minutes, should he so wish.   Continue reading “The Madman With Nuclear Weapons is Donald Trump, Not Kim Jong-un”

Tesla is working on electric, self-driving trucks that can travel in “platoons” or road trains capable of following a lead vehicle, according to leaked correspondence with regulators.

The electric truck, which is due to be unveiled in September by Elon Musk’s electric vehicle company, is close to prototype on-road testing, with both Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and California officials in talks to permit trials on public roads, according to documents seen by Reuters.   Continue reading “Tesla seeking to test driver-free electric trucks on public roads”

One of the most controversial aspects of the Iraq war was the heavy use of defense contractors, who were in many cases paid vast sums of money to do jobs that you’d think an ordinary soldier could do. When it was all said and done, defense contractors had reaped $138 billion dollars by providing security, logistics, and construction services. Among the most notorious of these contractors was Blackwater, whose employees gained a reputation for reckless behavior that caused many unnecessary deaths.  Continue reading “The Latest Attempt To Win The Afghan War: Replace The Soldiers With Mercenaries”

The Zionist Organization of America (ZOA), the oldest pro-Israel group in the country, has completed its analysis of President Donald Trump’s National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster’s behavior and determined him to be a threat to Trump’s agenda.

The organization, which is backed in large part by Trump ally GOP mega-donor and Israel defender Sheldon Adelson, is calling for President Trump at the very least to reassign McMaster to a different administration position where he can do no more harm to Israel and efforts to battle radical Islamic terrorism.   Continue reading “Zionist Organization of America Analysis Determines Mcmaster Hostile to Trump, Calls for Reassignment”

An unarmed Russian Air Force aircraft overflew the US Capitol, the Pentagon, Central Intelligence Agency and Joint Base Andrews at low altitude on Wednesday as part of a longstanding treaty that allows the militaries of the United States and Russia to observe the other from the air, according to two people familiar with the flight.

The flight was part of the Treaty on Open Skies, which allows military aircraft from the United States and Russia and other nations to fly aerial observation flights to observe military sites of the 34 signatory nations.   Continue reading “Unarmed Russian Air Force jet overflies the Pentagon, Capitol, CIA”

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) – A farmer in northwest Portland is upset after a Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputy shot and killed his goat when it escaped Sunday morning.

It’s a short walk from Matt Minnick’s farm to the stretch of fencing at the end of his property.

“This is the fence that the developers put in and that was one of the holes,” Minnick told FOX 12.   Continue reading “Portland farmer upset after Washington Co. deputy shot and killed his goat”

Here is a perfect example of the tactics that Big Pharma uses to incentivize doctors to push vaccines on the public. Insurance company Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) pays pediatricians $400 for EACH fully vaccinated child under the age of 2. This means that for every 100 vaccinated patients, the doctor gets a $40,000 bonus!

Moreover, it is now very difficult to find a pediatrician who will accept a family who doesn’t vaccinate. Even parents who partially vaccinate or follow a different schedule have a hard time finding a doctor. Here’s why: doctors have to vaccinate a certain percentage of their patients or they don’t get their bonus. BCBS says doctors need to vaccinate 63% of their patients to get the payout.  Continue reading “Proof Surfaces Insurance Company Pays Massive Bonuses To Doctors For Vaccinating Babies”
