Russian strategic nuclear bombers conducted at least 16 incursions into northwestern U.S. air defense identification zones over the past 10 days, an unusually sharp increase in aerial penetrations, according to U.S. defense officials.

Just in case there weren’t enough potential GDP-boosting war hotzones around the world, Obama is now preparing to go back to ground zero, Iraq, where the NYT just reported he is “considering airstrikes or airdrops of food and medicine to address a humanitarian crisis among as many as 40,000 religious minorities in Iraq who have been dying of heat and thirst on a mountain top after death threats from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, administration officials said on Thursday.”

Looks like the Obamaites are once again attempting to tech our children that the U.S. is an evil country with new nationalized “history” standards for our schools that eliminate the founding fathers and focuses only on a relentlessly negative interpretation of the birth of the country.

I am late to this story, I know (it is impossible to cover everything, certainly), but this one is egregious, so I just had to hit it. DETROIT (Reuters) – A white suburban Detroit homeowner was found guilty on Thursday of second-degree murder in the shooting of an unarmed black teen on his porch.

A Detroit jury delivered its verdict against Theodore Wafer, 55, in the racially charged case on the second day of deliberations. DULUTH — A Wednesday morning home invasion left one man dead and two others — including a child — injured inside their Duluth home.

Duluth police spokesman Maj. A tourist seeking to take pictures of Yellowstone National Park crashed a camera-equipped drone into its largest hot spring, possibly damaging the prized geothermal feature, a park official said on Wednesday.

Heartbroken Marie Vega was on a family fishing trip with her husband Javier, son Javier Jr., his wife Paola and their three children when they were ambushed by two armed Mexican illegal immigrants who have been deported SIX times before in total.

A Dedham cop was arrested and placed on leave yesterday after he was charged as an accessory in the kidnapping of an Avon man who is presumed dead, authorities said.

Michael Schoener, 40, pleaded not guilty to a charge of accessory before the fact of kidnapping. He was held on $5,000 cash bail and ordered to be placed on a GPS tracking bracelet if he is released, Norfolk District Attorney Michael W.
