About 4.5 million patients at any of the 206 Community Health Systems-operated hospitals around the United States have had their records stolen by hackers, the company announced Monday. The stolen data includes very sensitive information.

Anyone who received treatment in a CHS-operated hospital over the last five years is affected by the breach. However, patients who were merely referred to one of the company’s hospitals during that time period are also impacted. The hackers stole names, Social Security numbers, physical address, birthdays and telephone numbers in two attacks this spring. It does not include credit card, medical or clinical information, the Wall Street Journal reported.   Continue reading “Hackers steal 4.5 million patient records from multi-state hospital network”

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A Northern California slaughterhouse involved in a massive beef recall processed cows with cancer while U.S. livestock inspectors took lunch breaks and later distributed the diseased cattle, according to federal charges announced Monday.

Prosecutors alleged that the owners of Petaluma-based Rancho Feeding Corp. schemed with employees to slaughter about 79 cows with skin cancer of the eye rather than stopping plant operations during inspector lunch breaks. Then, the government alleges, plant workers swapped the heads of diseased cattle with heads of healthy cows to hide them from inspectors.   Continue reading “4 at slaughterhouse behind beef recall indicted”

If you’ve been around this website for longer than a few weeks, you should know by now that my favorite carry pistol ever is the Glock 27. It’s reliable, comfortable to carry, and it goes bang every time I pull the trigger. In fact I love it so much, I bought another.

But why?    Continue reading “I Have Two Identical Pistols For Concealed Carry And Here’s Why”

ST PAUL, MINNESOTA – While this story is a defensive gun use, it can almost be considered a “Why I Carry” story as well, because the victim may have been able to avoid hours of abuse if a firearm was more accessible.

Ivy Winter Reutzel-Morrell alleges that Anthony Ray Tullis, 25, who also lived in her home, took her into a bedroom and assaulted her for over five hours.   Continue reading “Woman Who Was Assaulted for FIVE Hours Managed to Grab Rifle and Shoot Attacker”

No city in the United States has stricter gun control laws than New York City. Is is ridiculously hard for normal law abiding citizens to own a firearm for self defense inside their home, let alone carry one outside of it.

However, the strictest gun laws in the nation aren’t enough to stop violent crime involving firearms inside of the Big Apple.   Continue reading “Meanwhile in the Gun Control Capital of New York City: 15 Shot in 8 HOURS”

Is Ferguson a test run? A false flag geared for no other purpose than to implement martial law, not only in Ferguson, Missouri, where 18 year-old Michael Brown was shot and killed by police, sparking riots and the rollout of militarized police, National Guard, and the crackdown and arrest of peaceful protesters, journalists and violent offenders alike, but to inflame other states in order to declare martial law around the country?

In the video below by Crusader 2127 aka Freedom Fighter 2127, he walks us through a posting that provides links and what he believes is evidence that Ferguson is indeed the “Mother of all false flags,” following those links to draw a big picture of what we are seeing, but more importantly what he thinks the general public are not seeing in the chaos of reports coming out of Ferguson, Missouri.   Continue reading “Ferguson: Mother Of All False Flags! Another week, another contrived crisis.  Never let a good one of those go to waste.  No, it’s not Kony hijacking a Malaysian Plane for Bowe Bergdahl, this week’s psy op is “race riots” in Nowhere, MO, where choosing the correct side of a polarized media dialectic only feeds the soon-to-be-forgotten pseudo-hysteria of Trayvon, the Sequel.  In Trayvon 2, it’s the Empire Strikes Back, as the Washington establishment ramps up its disaster and COG (continuity of government) test runs.  While talking heads yammer on about everything but what is relevant, this week’s circus is reminiscent of the Katrina scenario, where martial law was enacted due to a huge natural disaster resulted in gun confiscations and martial law.    Continue reading “Controlled Order Out of Chaos Comes Home”

With some of the proceedings unsealed in the EFF’s long-running Jewel vs. NSA lawsuit, more details can finally be exposed. Not that what’s already been exposed hasn’t been damning enough. Over the past several months, the DOJ has run interference for the NSA, traveling from courtroom to courtroom, destroying and saving (or at least pretending to…) collected data amongst a flurry of contradictory orders.      Continue reading “From The Unsealed ‘Jewel v.
