A group of military buddies, all in their 40’s, discussed where they should meet for lunch. Finally it was agreed they would meet at Hooters restaurant because it wasn’t far from the golf course; and the waitresses were young, good looking, had big boobs and wore short shorts.

Ten years later, at age 50+, these buddies once again discussed where they should meet for lunch. It was agreed that they would meet at Hooters because the food and service was good, they had many televisions to watch the ball games, and the beer selection was excellent.   Continue reading “Getting to close to home”

Pipeline giant Kinder Morgan’s plans to lay 210 miles of petroleum pipes across East Georgia were thwarted Tuesday when a Fulton County judge ruled the Texas company can’t use eminent domain to take property from unwilling landowners.

Superior Court Judge Kimberly Adams upheld a Georgia agency’s surprising May 2015 decision denying Kinder Morgan a certificate of “public convenience and necessity,” a permit which allows the pipeline builder to secure its route. Adams, in her ruling, said the decision by Georgia’s transportation commissioner is “supported by substantial evidence and must be affirmed.”   Continue reading “Judge denies east Georgia Palmetto pipeline”

Meridian, Idaho — Police accountability activist Matthew Townsend no longer faces a prison term over a Facebook post — but the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office may yet find a way to put him behind bars.

Roughly a year ago, as previously reported by The Free Thought Project, Townsend was charged with felony witness intimidation for a Facebook post in which he promised to wage a “non-violent and legal shame campaign” in the event a charge of resisting and obstructing was not dropped following a preliminary hearing on the following day. The March 18, 2015 Facebook post mentioned Corporal Richard Brockbank of the Meridian Police Department, the arresting officer, who had confronted Townsend while the latter was conducting a sidewalk protest in front of a tax preparation business.   Continue reading “Man Sentenced to 2-Years of Probation, $1K Fine — for Peaceful Facebook Post About Corrupt Cops”

Terrorist events are often used as a way to diminish citizen’s privacy as well as trample all over our freedom of speech. In the case of the FBI adding anyone who doubts the commonly accepted 9-11 story of Al Qaeda sponsored terrorist crashing commercial airliners into the World Trade center, it has both speech and privacy on the heels of being severely compromised. The FBI has been circulating an instructional pamphlet to “help identify terrorists” to local police departments. The document adds anyone having a conspiracy theory about 9-11 to it.   Continue reading “FBI ‘Anyone Who Doubts 9-11 Story a Terrorist’”

Synopsis: “A group of people trying to cross the border from Mexico into the United States encounter a man who has taken border patrol duties into his own racist hands”.

Apparently, in this Commie propaganda movie, we are supposed to feel sorry for the Mexicans coming into our country illegally because they want to be with their children (who probably came there illegally too) and are supposed to be mad at this patriot (who is laughingly declared a racist) who is trying to protect his own country by doing what the border patrol is not.    Continue reading “Check out this new movie coming out called, “Desierto”.”

Note to all people, when you have to navigate in the court rooms, know that these quasi-courts so called judges are really Magistrates or Administrators, and they are practicing Law over the bench and making legal determinations for the people, which is an absolute violation of due process of Law. Also know that there are only two courts, such as Criminal and Civil, there is no indices in the Constitution for Traffic Court, which means that every ticket they give you is illegal. So when you are in Criminal Court, there must be indictment papers before any acceptance of you of charges against you, in which most courts want you to take a plea, which is really to give up your rights.   Continue reading “Bar Association Exposed”

In eight years I have written approx.forty letters denouncing Barack Obama’s illegitimate takeover of the Office of President of the United States. Copies of each letter were sent to most everyone mentioned within the letters and to all on my e-mail list. Initially,I expected to find Obama eligible, but, to my surprize, from day one evidence surfaced showing he used deception, lying, limited fraudulent documents, even silence to hide his ineligibility from the eyes of America. By his efforts he displayed his true colors, which, to no surprize, did not include red, white, or blue!   Continue reading “Presidential Eligibility Requirements”
