Just over a month since announcing the transition from man to woman in an exclusive ABC interview, Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce, is making her debut on the cover of Vanity Fair.
“It’s not about the fanfare, it’s not about people cheering in the stadium, it’s not about people on the street giving me a ‘thata boy, Bruce’ and patting me on the back. This is about your life,” Jenner says in a video from the cover shoot. Continue reading “Caitlyn Jenner, Formerly Known As Bruce, Makes Debut On Vanity Fair Cover”
SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A pig that was taken into custody for going hog wild in a town outside of Detroit seem to express utter contempt for authorities by defecating all over the inside of the police car and smiling about it.
Debbie DeRiemaecker told ABC Affiliate WXYZ the she was doing yard work at her suburban home when a pig suddenly charged toward her from out of nowhere. After being chased around the yard, a laughing DeRiemaecker dialed 911 and explained the situation. Continue reading “Pig smiles after pooping all over cop car”
Smithfield Farms, the largest pork producing farm in the USA was sold in September, 2013 to China with the unanimous support of its stockholders!! The hogs will still be raised here, but slaughtered and packaged for sale there before being sent back here. This includes labels of Morrell, Eckrich, Krakus, Cudahy, Premium Hams, Cook’s, and Gwaltney.
The same with many chickens: They can now be shipped there, but when they come back all that needs to be labeled is that they WERE RAISED IN THE USA. Not that they were processed in China!!! Our great FDA at work again. The chickens will be all processed and most sold to fast food restaurants for sandwiches, along with schools and supermarkets. The China slaughter and processing are not nearly equal to the requirements here. Continue reading “Read your food labels before buying”

Three people were found dead Tuesday in a fire that consumed part of a Deer Park-area house owned by a lieutenant in the Spokane Fire Department.
Fire officials were unable to contact Lt. Terrance Barnett-Canfield after the early-morning blaze at 20 E. Chattaroy Road southeast of Deer Park, and two of the victims were burned so badly that visual identification was not possible, Assistant Spokane Fire Chief Brian Schaeffer said in an email to fire department staff. There has been a lot of talk about things that are going to happen in September, but something that has been almost totally overlooked is the fact that the UN Security Council is likely to be voting on a UN resolution which will establish a Palestinian state at that time. Right now, France is working on a proposed resolution which would give formal UN Security Council recognition to the Palestinians, would declare that a divided Jerusalem is the capital of both Israel and a Palestinian state, and would set the 1967 borders as the baseline for future negotiations which would establish the final borders between the two nations. Nothing warms my prepper’s heart more than a good disaster movie that supports my hypotheses about a specific event, and the recent movie San Andreas was no exception.
Okay, sure, there was some pretty unrealistic stuff like when The Rock was driving a boat through post-tsunami San Francisco and just happened to find his daughter that he was looking for. The last time I went to San Francisco, my daughter and I had trouble finding each other on the first floor of Forever 21, for crying out loud. The United States is bound by a number of treaties that could, in theory, force it to get involved in a war if an ally is attacked. Consider, for example, the situation in Ukraine, a non-member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. If a NATO ally were to find itself under similar threat from Russia, the U.S. may find itself duty bound to war.
Or alternatively, cast your mind to the South China Sea and its territorial disputes. If China were to engage militarily with the Philippines at some point in the near future, the U.S. may well be expected to step in to protect its ally: Since 1951, the U.S. and the Philippines have had a bilateral agreement for mutual defense. Augusta, ME (TFC) – Due to Governor Paul LePage launching direct political and environmental attacks against the Penobscot and Passamaquoddy tribes of Maine, leaders of those tribes have recalled their representatives from the state legislature and are asserting their sovereignty from the State of Maine. “The Maine Indian Land claims Settlement act has failed and we cannot allow ourselves to continue down the path,” Chief Francis said. “We’re saying it’s a failed social experiment.” Continue reading “Native American Tribes Declare Sovereignty, Break Away from State of Maine”
AUSTIN, Tex. (May 31, 2015) – With just hours remaining before final deadlines in the 84th legislative session today, the Texas state House gave final approval to a bill that represents a first step towards gold and silver as commonly-used legal tender in the state.
Introduced by State Rep. Giovanni Capriglione (R- Southlake) and four co-sponsors on Feb. 12, House Bill 483 (HB483) would create the nation’s first state-level gold depository, what some pundits are calling the Texas “Fort Knox.” State officials told the Houston Chronicle that “No other state has its own state bullion depository.” Continue reading “To the Governor’s Desk: Texas Bill Establishes Bullion Depository, Helps Facilitate Transactions in Gold and Silver”

Netanyahu told the head of Likud’s hareidi division Yaakov Vider at the conference that he intends to make the Hebrew calendar, which is based on Jewish law, the official calendar of Israel, reports Kikar Hashabat. Continue reading “Report: Netanyahu Promises Talmud Will Be Israeli Law”

Do animals feel pain? Should they have rights like humans? These questions and others have been asked before on TrueActivist, and increasingly the response is that an individual should be honored – no matter their species – for who they are and what they might offer to the world.
We also recently reported that in the wake of controversy over the poaching of endangered animals, a number of airlines are now also refusing to ship hunting trophies. Continue reading “Costa Rica Becomes The FIRST Nation To Ban Hunting”

Back on May 28th , 2015, in an attempt to debunk a story run on All News Pipeline called “Blue Bell Ice Cream Refrigerated Morgue Trucks Join Military Convoy In Colorado Weeks After Listeria Outbreak Shuts Down Ice Cream Production”, Blue Bell representative Jenny Van Dorf (979-830-2180) sent ANP an official statement telling us the fact that Blue Bell trucks were seen in the military convoy was ‘just a coincidence’. The Israel Lobby tries to prevent reports and criticism of Israel’s crimes against the Palestinians by branding every critic of every policy of the extreme right-wing Israeli government an “anti-semite.” In other words, if you object to Israeli armed forces shooting down Palestinian children in the streets and then bombing the funerals of the kids the Israelis have already murdered, you hate Jews and are an anti-Semite.
The success that the Israel Lobby has enjoyed in imposing this twisted logic on Congress, the White House, the media, the universities and the insouciant American public is astonishing. As a consequence, Americans are no longer answerable to Christian morality but to the evil that the Israel Lobby represents. Continue reading “Israel Is A Discredit To America”
