The Russians are actually making a move against the petrodollar.  It appears that they are quite serious about their de-dollarization strategy.  The largest natural gas producer on the planet, Gazprom, has signed agreements with some of their biggest customers to switch payments for natural gas from U.S. dollars to euros.  And Gazprom would have never done this without the full approval of the Russian government, because the Russian government holds a majority stake in Gazprom.  There hasn’t been a word about this from the big mainstream news networks in the United States, but this is huge.  When you are talking about Gazprom, you are talking about a company that is absolutely massive.  It is one of the largest companies in the entire world and it makes up 8 percent of Russian GDP all by itself.  It holds 18 percent of the natural gas reserves of the entire planet, and it is also a very large oil producer.  So for Gazprom to make a move like this is extremely significant.   Continue reading “Russia Is Doing It – Russia Is Actually Abandoning The Dollar”

7 Action News Investigator Heather Catallo had an exclusive look inside the top-secret gun vaults at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Federal agents are tracing the history of the weapon used in the fatal shooting at Reynolds High School.

Six agents from the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives responded to a request for help from Troutdale police. Among the tasks they are undertaking is an “urgent trace” on the gun. TROUTDALE, Ore. (AP) — A 15-year-old gunman who killed a student at an Oregon high school had an assault rifle, handgun and several magazines of ammunition hidden in a guitar case and duffel bag when he rode a school bus to the campus, police said Wednesday.

Four months before a married couple shot and killed two Las Vegas police officers and a bystander, the police visited their home and determined that they didn’t pose any threat, authorities said Wednesday.

Detectives were dispatched to the home of Jerad Miller in February because the Southern Nevada Counter-Terrorism Center was alerted that he had made threatening remarks to a government agency in Indiana, Kevin C.
