If a federal judge says that any state law on Immigration cannot stand as it is unconstitutional or for any other reason, two things ought to happen:
1. The judge should be made to pay all the expenses incurred by all the illegal immigrants in the state in question, not the Taxpayers; and

The time has come for all American’s to stand for their individual Constitutional Rights, and leave no farmer behind. It is going to take many people getting active today, making phone calls to the politicians, and by using their social media outlets to awaken and alert their friends to the war on for their food.

One Cameron County rancher said smugglers ordered him to look the other way or face the consequences.

BEIJING — Students and civil servants in China’s Muslim northwest, where Beijing is enforcing a security crackdown following deadly unrest, have been ordered to avoid taking part in traditional fasting during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
Statements posted Wednesday on websites of schools, government agencies and local party organizations in the Xinjiang region said the ban was aimed at protecting students’ wellbeing and preventing use of schools and government offices to promote religion. SALINA, Kan. — Maybe he found the droids he was looking for. In any case, a man dressed as a “Star Wars” storm trooper caused a brief lockdown at a Salina business yesterday.
KSAL News reports that around 1p.m. Monday, Salina police officers were dispatched to the report of a possibly armed man in the 100 block of South 7th Street.

Target announced Wednesday it is adopting a no-guns policy and, in a statement, asked that customers not bring guns into stores.
Even customers in localities where guns are allowed will be subject to the chain’s new policy.

The official story of the Boston Marathon attacks seems to change as much as is necessary for its promoters to maintain some credibility with the majority of the population, while at the same time keeping the essential narrative in place. Initially the government claimed to have no awareness of the suspects, but after it was reported that the FBI had met with the older Tsarnaev brother long before the attacks, the government’s relationship status with the two men quickly changed to- It’s complicated. For those growing wise to the ways of the FBI, this was to be expected because, more often than not, the agency is revealed to have had some behind the scenes role in modern US terrorism cases. Persistent claims of foreknowledge, among many other problems with the official story, seem to indicate that this case is no different and that the Tsarnaev brothers may have been manipulated by some factions within the national security apparatus. A controversial flu researcher has modified the flu virus responsible for the 2009 pandemic to allow it evade the human immune system. His lab’s previous works include recreating the Spanish flu and making a deadly bird flu strain highly transmittable.
The yet-to-be-published research by Professor Yoshihiro Kawaoka and his team is meant to give scientists better ways to fight influenza outbreaks, but gives chills to some people in academia, who are fearful that accidental release of the strain would result in a global disaster, according to a report by the Independent. Israeli police are investigating the death of an Arab teenager, whose body was discovered in a forest near Jerusalem. He may have been kidnapped in a revenge attack after three Israeli teenagers were found dead after an apparent abduction.
The body of Muhammad Hussein Abu Khdeir, 17, was charred and bore signs of violence. It was found hours after police were informed of a youth being forced into a car in a Palestinian neighborhood of East Jerusalem, according to Israeli media. A California truck driver pulled into the Blue Beacon Truck Wash in central Pennsylvania and spotted an advertisement for low-cost health exams for truckers. Needing one for his commercial driver’s license, he called the number on the sign and was picked up by a woman in an old Ford Tempo.
She drove him to her town house, where she performed the $65 physical, had him provide a urine sample and faxed the required forms to the California Department of Transportation. It all seemed a bit odd to trucker Todd Wakefield, whose suspicions were heightened when California authorities told him about irregularities in the paperwork. After some clever sleuthing of his own, Wakefield turned his findings over to Pennsylvania State Police — who say they uncovered a scam that snagged at least 16 commercial drivers they know about, and probably more they don’t. The Proud Whopper, as it’s called, comes wrapped in a rainbow colored wrapper with this inscription: “We are all the same inside.” It will be sold through Thursday at one Burger King restaurant on San Francisco’s Market Street, that was at the heart of the route for last weekend’s 44th annual San Francisco Pride Celebration & Parade. While the Obama administration struggles to speed up delivery of U.S. military assistance to the government of Iraq, Vladimir Putin has already delivered not only fighter jets but also the pilots needed to fly them, diplomatic sources told The Daily Beast.
On Monday, Russian television trumpeted the arrival of the first five of 12 promised Sukhoi Su-25 combat fighter jets to the Iraqi government, saying it had also sent “trainers” to help the Iraqis use them. Gen. Anwar Hama Ameen,the commander of the Iraqi Air Force, told The New York Times the fighter jets would enter the battle against ISIS within a few days, after which the Russian trainers would leave Iraq. He said Iraq had plenty of pilots with “long experience” flying the Su-25. The Russian ambassador to Iraq also said Russian pilots would not fly missions inside Iraq.
