In recent months, federal and state officials have cited at least eight Chinese students at the UA for fraudulently obtaining resident hunting licenses, and also seized from them a number of firearms obtained using those licenses.

A high-ranking federal official told the Star his agency has no evidence of “malicious intent” by the eight students. WikiLeaks has published a new batch of the ongoing Vault 7 leak, detailing a spyware framework – which “provides remote beacon and loader capabilities on target computers” – allegedly being used by the CIA that works against every version of Microsoft’s Windows operating systems, from Windows XP to Windows 10.

Dubbed Athena/Hera, the spyware has been designed to take full control over the infected Windows PCs remotely, allowing the agency to perform all sorts of things on the target machine, including deleting data or uploading malicious software, and stealing data and send them to CIA server.

U.S. investment bank Goldman Sachs says there’s an almost one in three chance of Canada’s housing market going bust in the near future.

For nearly four years, Amy Fabbrini and Eric Ziegler of Bend, Oregon, have been fighting to prevent Oregon Department of Human Services’ Child Protection Services from terminating their parental rights to their children.

WEB Notes: This is truly disturbing, Christianity is/has being ripped from this nation. The young man cannot say a prayer at the graduation ceremony? Why is this offensive? If you do not believe in God, then his speech means nothing to you. No harm done. That has never been the point. The point has always been to remove God from the public arena. Why? Without God the people are more easily controlled by what men say as they do not have a guiding light in their path. Without God we have no direction. Without God anything goes as there is no moral compass. This young man cannot say a prayer, but drag queens can indoctrinate our children in our public tax payer funded libraries. This is insanity, the higher degree of insanity is why do we still allow it?

DENVER (AP) – Colorado’s governor on Friday pardoned a Cuban immigrant for an armed robbery he committed 19 years ago in an effort stave off the man’s deportation after immigration authorities detained him following a judge’s ruling that he should no longer be imprisoned.

The pardon from Gov. John Hickenlooper, a Democrat, was the latest twist in the saga of Rene Lima-Marin, 38. He came to the U.S. as a toddler as part of the 1980 Mariel boat lift from Cuba and had legal residency until it was revoked following his 2000 criminal conviction. Lima-Marin was sentenced to 98 years in prison for the robbery.
