Eleven earthquakes ranging from 2.8 to 5.6 magnitudes were reported off Oregon’s southern coast Tuesday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quakes, on average, were clustered about 126 miles west of Crescent City, California. No tsunami warnings were announced.

Don Blakeman, a geophysicist at the National Earthquake Information Center, said the magnitudes haven’t yet been serious, adding that quakes of this caliber occur fairly often off the coast.    Continue reading “Series of morning quakes off southern Oregon coast includes a 5.6”

As I am back reading this site, what I am seeing is page after page of religious dogma, every divisive religious facet available being deployed.  Our Bill of Rights is on the edge of destruction, and not a f-ing word.

If you cannot put your religion aside and step up to the fight for the Bill of Rights as the absolute law, that when enforced allows every man to believe and conduct his life as he sees fit, you do not want freedom under the common law.   Continue reading “My observations upon my return to the Trenches”

The ultra-liberal and frequently overturned U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit just ruled that the Second Amendment protects one’s right to carry a gun openly outside of the home.

“We do not take lightly the problem of gun violence,” the majority opinion in Young v. Hawaii reads. Here’s more, emphasis added. Continue reading “Liberal Ninth Circuit Says Open-Carrying A Gun Is A Constitutional Right”

Now’s the time to catch Mars in the night sky.

Next week, the red planet is making its closest approach to Earth in 15 years.

The two planets will be just 35.8 million miles (57.6 million kilometers) apart next Tuesday. And on Friday, Mars will be in opposition. That means Mars and the sun will be on exact opposite sides of Earth. That same day, parts of the world will see a total lunar eclipse.   Continue reading “Mars making closest approach to Earth in 15 years”

Chicago mayoral candidate Willie Wilson walked into a South Side church on Sunday flanked by Illinois governor Bruce Rauner and handed out $200,000 in checks and cash to around 2,000 churchgoers, or $100 each, reports the Chicago Sun Times.

Wilson, a millionaire businessman and Rauner who is up for reelection, made it rain at the Covenant Missionary Baptist Church through the Dr. Willie Wilson Foundation, a 501(c)(3). He says he organized the giveaway to assist homeowners who are struggling to pay their property tax bills.    Continue reading “Chicago Mayoral Candidate Gives Away $200,000 Cash To Churchgoing Voters”

In the most outrageous act committed by a corporation in a long time, MGM Resorts International is brazenly suing the survivors of the deadly mass shooting that took place in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017.

MGM owns the Mandalay Bay Hotel, the site from where Stephen Paddock opened fire on a crowd of country music concertgoers last year. No motive has ever been assigned to Paddock, so we still don’ know WHY he opted to kill 58 people and injure 515 more. There are far more questions than answers, and oddly, several survivors who were speaking out about the incident died shortly thereafter. The act appeared to have been premeditated, as video footage released by the hotel showed him wheeling numerous bags, which we know now contained weapons and ammunition, up to his room.   Continue reading “MGM Is SUING the Survivors of the Las Vegas Shooting”

Come for the beaches, say tourism ads for the Dominican Republic.

“We cannot state that all Jews are Bolsheviks. But without Jews, there would never have been Bolshevism. For a Jew, nothing is more insulting than the truth. The blood maddened Jewish terrorists have murdered sixty-six million in Russia from 1918 to 1957.”
